one-day workshop is recommended to all seeking to experience
yoga for the first time, as well as those looking to revitalize
a previous interest. Basic postures, simplified yoga philosophy,
breathing techniques, and fundamental meditation skills will
be addressed.

Enter the quiet space and stillness through guided meditation, inquiry and self-discovery in a safe and supportive environment to Goda Yoga.
The work is a simple yet radical life-changing process that involves questioning the thoughts that are causing you stress, anxiety, fear, anger and depression. Learn a simple way to clear the mind and move from fear to freedom, from anger to joy and from confusion to clarity. Anyone with an open mind can do the work.
Learn how to use The Work in areas of your lie where you feel pain, separation and loneliness.
During the Workshop we will:
• Practice guided meditation to still the mind
• Learn to identify and question stressful thoughts
• Consider and experience the opposite of your stressful thinking
• Learn how to facilitate yourself and others using The Work's four questions and turnarounds
• Take home a powerful too that can help you live with clarity and integrity
Jen is interested in a peaceful path and in waking up to Life in all of its goodness. She is so grateful to have found a tool that keeps her more aware and appreciative in the moment, however it unfolds. She loves sharing this tool, The Work, with those open to it.. A holistic life coach, Jen has been leading retreats and workshops through her retreat business, Nurture Through Nature, since 1999.
